La Luz Center is a community hub for information, referrals, direct and emergency relief, health services enrollment, mental health support, and family education and support. Their bilingual interview process helps determine the best resource to meet a client’s need.

La Luz has earned the reputation as the go-to place for the right answers. The range of La Luz Center services enables clients to access the support they need, locally.

They serve over 100,000 children, families, and seniors every year by distributing food through their own programs and partner organizations in Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte counties.

Serving the Sonoma Springs Community

FOOD FOR ALL - COMIDA PARA TODOS originally began to support The Springs community during the 2017 North Bay Fires. They collaborate with our network of community organizers to sustain the project to meet the needs of families in The Springs and beyond. Partnered with our fiscal sponsor North Bay Organizing Project.

Donations go directly to the community members in need. Contributions will help provide food, toiletries, PPE and other essential items.

Sonoma Valley Community Health Center (SVCHC) is a non-profit, federally qualified health center that is a free-standing primary health care clinic. SVCHC began as a grassroots effort to address the lack of access and disparities of health care for the uninsured and underserved in Sonoma Valley. Their mission is to provide accessible quality health care to those who need it, especially the underserved.
